THE AWARD WINNER STUDENTS OF ARCHITECTURE CERTIFICATED

A certificate ceremony has been organized by the Dean’s Office of Faculty of Fine Arts and Design at İzmir University of Economics, in order to celebrate the student who won prizes at various international and national competitions.

At the ceremony, alongside with the graduates of Industrial Design Department who won several prizes at international competitions, Department of Architecture graduates İrem Kaleci, Onur Polat, Deniz Taşkın and Cansu Servet Nur Tatar who won awards at the SMD İzmir competition, and Res. Asst. Gözde Damla Turhan, sophomore students Elfin Ulupınar, Seda Tosun, Aslıhan Doyuran,  Alper Ateş, Onur Baturay, Emir Emirbayer,  Kaan Turhan, Sercan Hatırnaz, Seyit Koyuncu, Erman Eskiköy, Ebrar Eke,  İpek Akbaşoğlu,  Erol Gönül,  Büşra Kayalar,  Ayça Özüm Sevinç, and Melih Yavuz who won the 1st and 3rd prizes at the London FabFest’18, were awarded with certificates by IUE Faculty of Fine Arts and Design Dean Prof. Dr. Ender Yazgan Bulgun and Department Head Assoc. Prof. Dr. Aslı Ceylan Öner. At the end of the ceremony the mentors of the award-winner students, Asst. Prof. Dr. Altuğ Kasalı, Asst. Prof. Dr.  Güzden Varinlioğlu, Res. Asst. Ece Küreli and part-time instructors Gaye Bezircioğlu, Rüya İpek Balaban, Güneş Atakan Pekşen and Onur Dinmez were also given the certificates of appreciation.
