One more award for "Digital Caravanserai" project from Serbia!
Among 134 papers and participants at the 39th eCAADe (Education and research in Computer Aided Architectural Design in Europe) conference at Novi Sad / Serbia, the paper, which is submitted by Sepehr Vaez Afshar (ITU), Sarvin Eshagi (ITU), Assoc. Prof. Güzden Varinlioğlu (IUE) and Özgün Balaban (DELFT), "Evaluation of Learning Rate in a Serious Game - Based on Anatolian cultural heritage" received the best presenter award with the presentation by Sepehr Vaez Afshar and Sarvin Eshagi. The paper presents one of the phases of the "Digital Caravanserai" project at MIT by Assoc. Prof. Güzden Varinlioğlu.
The different stages of this study, which is about a computer game about Anatolian Seljuk caravanserais, received the best presentation award at the ASCAAD conference as well. The field studies of the project are supported by AKMED.
